1990 Topps baseball cards contain Frank Thomas rookie cards as well as Sammy Sosa rookies, as the Score set does.  Out of the sets from 1990, I say that it looks the best of all of them, next to the very popular 1990 Bowman set of course.  The eye appeal and vintage look should keep collectors tantalized for years to come.  Topps offered a great selection of draft pick cards, many of which were highly sought after upon release.  Sammy Sosa's rookie card, #692 in the set, offers a solid value.  Frank Thomas has a rookie card, #414, and has an extremely highly valued rookie error card variation that has no name on front I believe, which truly is a rare find.  His card in its corrected version, is still a nice investment as he likely will be a hall of fame member in the years to come.  Bernie Williams rookie cards can also be found in this great, and undervalued (in my opinion) set.

The 1990 Topps baseball card set is made up of 792 cards, which is typically more than any other company produces.  Score produced 704 cards in its regular set of 1990 cards, though Upper Deck produced 800 cards in 1990.  A complete set of 1990 Topps is a great item to put away for future value in years to come in my opinion.

1990 Topps has a great second year card of Curt Schilling, #97 in the set, as well as an awesome Topps All Star rookie card of Ken Griffey Jr., #336.  That is not his rookie card, though it is is second year card and is a solid investment in my opinion, especially in quantity.  There is a turn back the clock card of Sandy Koufax, #665 in the set, and this is a great card of a hall of famer.  There is a special card of Nolan Ryan too, #34, as well as a subset of Nolan Ryan cards, #'s 2-5 in the set.  Randy Johnson also has a second year card, #431 in the set, and it is a great card to have in your collection too.  1990 Topps is an awesome baseball card set.
