Listed on this page are vintage leaf baseball cards as well as many from the 1980's and modern era cards.  These cards contain many different old baseball card items.  Those are from 1949 Leaf when they had a baseball card set that has a short printed rookie card of Satchel Paige in it that books for $12,000 along with a high book value card of Joe DiMaggio among many others.  There is also a 1960 Leaf set in baseball.

1960 Leaf contains lower priced cards compared to some Topps years, though there are only 144 cards.  A set in a high graded condition would still command an impressive market price I am sure.

What is surprising with these cards is that there was a reappearence of them off and on in major sets.  The Donruss Leaf version is the Canadian version of the American Donruss cards made in the 1980's.  Leaf versions of the cards were not widely accepted as having equivalent value in the card stores that I visited in my local town, though nowadays their price values are getting closer and closer and on some occasions, bring just as much value.

In conclusion, the vintage Leaf cards are the best in baseball.  Then you have the 1980's Leaf and then Donruss took Leaf full throttle in the current era starting in 1990 Leaf with the smash hit of Leaf cards which were limited in production.  They hit a home run with those, the cards are very popular to this day.  These are some of the best vintage cards in existence and you can find some listed below currently for sale on Ebay that can give you a great Christmas present for the holidays.
