Darren McFadden is a former Arkansas Razorbacks award winning running back and a highly touted prospect for the Oakland Raiders.  He was a two time runner up for the Heisman Trophy and that kind of consistency is unprecedented.  His best rookie cards this year will be in Upper Deck, Ultimate Collection and National Treasures most likely.  He was a first round draft selection of the Oakland Raiders in the NFL and he is coming in highly touted and with high expectations.

He is one of the most coveted rookies of the 2008 football season.  It will be interesting to see the season unfold and to see how the first year players do.  Upon reading up on his life up until this point, he is a man that has overcome many things en route to becoming a premier prospect.  He is set for a wonderful career and has the potential to become a hall of famer.  He is giving the Raider franchise a reason to cheer and it should not be long before he starts showing fans why he was a first round selection in the draft.
