Here on this page is a great resource for both people seeking employment, and companies and corporations looking to find qualified employees.  In business for example, which happens to be my area of expertise, as the economy rebounds, more and more businesses and individuals will need to get staff and get a job.  If you have the skills that employers are seeking, you have to get your resume out there so that everyone can see it.

Some of the tips that I have learned over the years for both businesses and employees to succeed are to set some goals and objectives and follow up with a relentless drive to achieve those goals.  Whether you are the one conducting the interview, or you are the one interviewing for that job position you are dreaming about, believing that you have the tools you need to succeed are key.

Of course, positive thinking can only take you so far.  You will need to be qualified for the position that you are seeking and you also are going to have to be able to explain how and why you would be a good fit for the job.  In business, it is all about being in the right place at the right time, as well as being qualified to perform the particular job function that will be asked of you in the company.  In many instances, this will mean that you will have to perform a variety of different tasks in a fast paced environment and that you will be depended on to give it your all.  Business majors from universities such as accountants, finance majors, marketing majors, MBA's, and so forth, command strong starting salaries upon entering the job field.  Based on my experience and knowledge, starting salaries can range anywhere from $30,000 to $50,000 depending on your locality and/or your skill set and/or experience.  Enjoy job seekers, let the job search begin.  Good luck.

Since baseball card collecting is my favorite hobby, here are some of my favorite cards; this does not have anything to do with job listings.
